Trece de catorce pacientes portadoras de FRV fueron intervenidos quirurgicamente. El tratamiento y la evolucion fueron de acuerdo a su etiopatogenia, siendo la mas frecuente las ginecoobstetricas y actinoneoplasicas. Se repasan las distintas tacticas quirurgicas utilizadas y la importancia de la identificacion topografica de la misma.
SUMMARY
Thirteen of fourteen patients whit RVF were operated. The treatment and recovering were according whit their aetiopathology, being the gynecological-obstetrics and the radiation induced the most frequent.
The different surgical tactics and the importance of the topographical
identification of RVF are revised.
