Comments: This self-titled album, known as "The Black Album" and to a lesser extent as "The Snake Album", was MetallicA's definitive jump into the Pop scene. Perfect sound quality, making it almost annoyingly cute at times, and happy, sticky tunes seem to characterize this album. However (and luckily as well), there's still a lot of the 'Original MetallicA' in it, making it almost as powerful as previous records.
