Nueva Vermland is more than just a place. Nueva Vermland is about feeling, enjoying and it's also about learning from this mixture between music and nature. The aim of this WebSite is to try to transmit what Nueva Vermland means, maybe a concept a little hard to express through the Internet (that gives the idea of technology) and has nothing to do with a place where there is even no electricity. Lars Nilsson, the founder of this paradise, was born in Sweden, in a town in the middle of the large forests of the province of Värmland (hence the name "Nueva Vermland"), where he began to cultivate his love for music, as well as for nature. During some weeks each year, Nueva Vermland opens its gates to receive enthusiastic music youths. Each course carries the title "Meeting with the Music and the Nature", being referred to the idea that the participants not only learn to express themselves through the music, but also to live in the environment of the nature, bathing in the small rivers and hiking in the hills.
